Wholesale investor declaration

To apply, you must be a wholesale investor. You can demonstrate that you are a wholesale investor by providing an Accountant’s Certificate stating your eligibility with reference to meeting gross income or net asset criteria. The certificate should cover the person to whom the offer is made. The certificate should refer to Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act. If you do not have an Accountant's Certificate on hand, you can continue to complete this form and we will be in touch to get a copy to finalise your registration.

You may also demonstrate your wholesale investor status if you are a professional investor (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001). If you are a professional investor, you can complete and upload a Professional Investor declaration (available on request) instead of an Accountant’s Certificate.
