You can demonstrate that you are a wholesale investor by providing an Accountant’s Certificate stating your eligibility with reference to meeting gross income or net asset criteria. The certificate(s) should be in the name of the person(s) or entity that controls the trust, to whom the offer is made. Each certificate should refer to Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act. If you do not have an Accountant's Certificate on hand, you can continue to complete this form and we will be in touch to get a copy to finalise your registration.

Trust tax information

It is not compulsory to quote your tax file number (TFN) when investing. However, if you do not quote your TFN, tax will be deducted from any income or distributions at the highest marginal tax rate.
